Bahnschrift Font is a modern sans serif typefce font created in DIN 1451 standardization design letterforms. DIN 1451 was used in road traffic signals in Germany and Czech Republic  which was designed back in 1931. The Bahnschrift font basically is a modern digitization of DIN font. 

The Bahnschrift was designed by Aaron Bell, an American typographer. Bell is the owner of Saja Typeworks font foundry based in Washington, USA. Beside Bahnschrift, he also designed some other famous fonts, such as; HWT Aetna, Industrial Spill, Salish, Super Chill MC, Tipsy Waitress, etc. 

The Bahnschrift is supported by almost 200 Latin languages and that is one of the biggest advantages of it. The font has been released in three upgraded  versions so far. Version 1709 was first released on 17 October, 2017 secondly version 1803 was released on 30 April, 2018 and finally the version 1809 was released on 13 November, 2018.
