About The Font

Helvetica font is a historical sans serif typeface font. Helvetica is a neo-grotesque design, which was  inspired by the famous 19th century (1890s) typeface Akzidenz-Grotesk. The Helvetica was designed  back in 1957. At the beginning it was known as the Neue Haas Grotesk typeface but in 1960 the font was renamed to Helvetica font. A famous Swiss typeface designer Max Miedinger designed the Helvetica font. Mr Miedinger started his career as typeface designer from a very early age.
